RoofEye provides an AI-powered platform that analyzes roof conditions from uploaded photos and connects homeowners with verified roofing contractors. Our services include:

• AI-based roof health analysis and damage detection
• Contractor matching and quote facilitation
• Insurance claim documentation support
• Project management tools for contractors

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Types

• Homeowner Accounts: For property owners seeking roof analysis and contractor services
• Contractor Accounts: For licensed roofing professionals seeking leads and business opportunities

3.3 Account Responsibilities

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether authorized by you or not.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Our AI roof analysis is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered a professional inspection or guarantee of roof condition.

• AI analysis results are estimates and may not detect all issues
• We recommend professional inspection before making major repair decisions
• RoofEye is not liable for damages resulting from reliance on AI analysis alone
• Weather, lighting, and photo quality affect analysis accuracy

5. Data Sharing and Lead Generation

5.1 Lead Information Sharing

IMPORTANT: When you use RoofEye's roof scanning service, you acknowledge and agree that your contact information, property details, and scan results may be shared with verified roofing contractors in your area. This data sharing enables contractors to provide you with quotes and services.

Information that may be shared with contractors includes:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Property address and details
• Roof scan results and health scores
• Identified damage and repair recommendations
• Photos you uploaded for analysis

5.2 Contractor Verification

While we verify contractor licenses and insurance, RoofEye does not guarantee the quality of work, reliability, or performance of any contractor. All work agreements are between homeowners and contractors directly.

5.3 Opt-Out Options

If you do not wish to have your information shared with contractors, please contact us at privacy@roofeye.cloud before completing a roof scan. Note that opting out may limit your ability to receive contractor quotes through our platform.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Homeowner Payments

Homeowners pay for subscription services (Pro tier) according to the pricing plan selected. Free tier users receive limited scans per month.

6.2 Contractor Payments

Job payments may be processed through our platform or directly between homeowner and contractor. When processed through our platform, we hold funds in escrow and release them upon job completion minus our commission.

6.3 Refund Policy

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Disputes between homeowners and contractors regarding work quality must be resolved directly
• Platform fees are non-refundable once a contractor has been matched

7. User Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and information you upload. By uploading content, you grant RoofEye a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and analyze your content to provide our services and improve our AI models.

7.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Contains personal information of others without consent

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Circumvent payment systems or platform fees
• Scrape or collect data without authorization
• Interfere with platform functionality or security
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by RoofEye or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOFEYE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

10.3 Third-Party Relationships

RoofEye is not a party to agreements between homeowners and contractors. We are not responsible for contractor performance, work quality, or disputes arising from services provided.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RoofEye harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms
